Independence
Helping You Live Life Your Way
We believe independence looks different for everyone. Whether you need a little help each day or ongoing support, our caring team is here to make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
-

Personal Care
Our support workers provide respectful, private assistance with daily routines such as:
- Showering and dressing safely
- Grooming and hygiene support
- Mobility assistance to reduce the risk of falls
We always prioritise your comfort, privacy, and dignity - supporting you to do as much as you can, while being there when you need a helping hand. -

Medication Reminders
It’s easy to forget a dose, especially when managing multiple prescriptions.
Our team provides gentle reminders and can help organise medication packs, ensuring you stay on track with your treatment plan.
-

Transport and Errands
Getting out and about is important for your wellbeing. We can help with:
- Transport to appointments, shopping trips, or social events.
- Outings to your favourite café, community group, or park
- Assistance with errands like picking up prescriptions or groceries.
These small moments of connection help you stay active, social, and engaged in your community. -

Respite Care for Carers
Caring for a loved one is rewarding but can also be exhausting.
Our respite care gives family carers the chance to rest and recharge, knowing their loved one is in safe, compassionate hands.
Whether it’s a few hours a week or a short-term break, we’re here to help both you and your carer thrive.
How to Get Started
Your Path to Support and Peace of Mind
Getting help at home is easier than you might think. Here’s how to begin:
Step 1: Contact My Aged Care
